Meet the team
George Hudson
With 15 years in the energy compliance sector, I have worked on projects ranging from national bank real estate portfolios to private SIPP improvement ventures. As a Dynamic Simulation and Thermal Modeller, I have expertise in non-domestic EPCs, part O overheating analysis and heat loss calculations.
I am passionate about helping to reduce energy consumption and assist in compliance measures.
Arthur Hudson
With 5 years of experience in energy compliance, I’ve carried out commercial EPC assessments and energy modelling across a wide range of properties including:
- Hotels
- Multi-tenant offices
- industrial estates
- Shopping centres.
I’ve worked with landlords, property managers, and consultants to deliver accurate EPC ratings and detailed cost and carbon reports, helping them plan for compliance with MEES regulations and improve building performance.
I’m passionate about using energy assessments to support carbon reduction goals and ensure buildings meet current and future EPC requirements.
